The Convexity engineers took 3 years to develop, test, and perfect the FLYP portable vibrating mesh nebulizer. All in all, it had to pass 18 separate laboratory tests to ensure that almost 90% of the particles are within the respirable range. All this time and effort paid off with a product that is quiet, convenient, portable, and cost-effective.

HypersoniQ™ Technology

It begins with a precision-engineered disk with 1,000 holes that are so small that the naked eye can't spot them. At an ultrasonic speed that is 2,000 times greater than the wings of a hummingbird, the disk is made to vibrate. When the drug travels into the holes of the disk, it is broken up into an aerosol that can be inhaled into the lungs for delivery.

How to Use the FLYP Portable Vibrating Mesh Nebulizer

Filling the Medication Reservoir

The Medication Reservoir does not need to be withdrawn to be filled with medication. .

• Open the cover of the reservoir. .
• Unplug the stopper from the medication container.
• Insert the drug ampule thoroughly into the reservoir carefully, then pour the medicine, being careful not to spill any.
• When the drug is in the tank, reinsert the stopper. Be careful not to touch any components of the stopper that may come into contact with the drug.<

Turning the FLYP Nebulizer On & Off

Using your index finger to gently lift the mouthpiece, you will see the on-off button and the on-off indicator light. Click the On-Off button to activate the FLYP Nebulizer. It will light up the blue On-Off Indicator Light. Confirm visually that an aerosol mist flows from the end of the mouthpiece. Click the On-Off Button again to toggle FLYP Nebulizer off. There will no longer be a light for the blue on-off indicator light. After 10 minutes with no activity, the FLYP Portable Vibrating Mesh Nebulizer will automatically turn off.

Cleaning the FLYP Portable Vibrating Mesh Nebulizer

Only use distilled or bottled water to clean the Medicine Tank. Fill the tank with water then turn the unit on for one minute, then empty. Remove the mouthpiece gently, rinse it under running water, and put it on a clean towel to dry. Just make sure the main unit gets wet. The manufacturer recommends deep cleaning the disk once a week with distilled white vinegar and distilled or bottled water.

Disinfecting the FLYP Portable Vibrating Mesh Nebulizer

Remove the mouthpiece and use 70% ethyl alcohol to fully coat the Nebulizer Disk. Shake off the excess alcohol and wait for 10 minutes. Then turn the FLYP Portable Vibrating Mesh Nebulizer over, open the cover of the reservoir, remove any medicine, and repeat the same procedure as above, disinfecting the other side of the disk of the nebulizer. Reinsert both the mouthpiece and the reservoir when you are done. Refill the medicine tank with distilled water.
