Special Orders are orders for products that we either do not normally keep in stock or do not currently have in stock. These orders process like normal orders through our ecommerce system. By purchasing a product labelled as Available By Special Order you are agreeing to the following terms:
That this transaction is treated like a prepay order, with the understanding that we will fulfil the order in a timely manner. This will often have more delays than a standard order for an in stock product. We will do our best to inform you of the nearest estimate of this delay. This time estimate is not a guarantee.
That while In-Store Pick Up is available, we will not have this product immediately available. We will, however, contact you as soon as feasible when the product is ready for pick up.
That some products might no longer be available for purchase due to the product being on backorder, discontinued, or for some other reason. In the case of such a situation, we will offer the nearest substitute product we have available. Depending on the product this may require an additional payment or refund of some portion of the original payment. If there is no nearest substitute or you decline the substitution, we will refund you the full amount.
